Victor’s coaching journey has taken him to diverse locations like Copenhagen, Barcelona and Hong Kong. Specialising in hypertrophy and mobility, Victor stays intune with the latest studies and believes in evidence-based coaching tailored to each individual.

A foodie at heart, his goal is to help as many people as possible become strong and lean while promoting a balanced and healthy approach to fitness. This philosophy is reflected in Victor’s love of cooking; he enjoys developing fitness-friendly versions of his favourite recipes and sharing them with colleagues and clients.

Outside the gym, Victor appreciates film photography, playing board games, and watching films, often enjoying a relaxed evening with friends.
