Alex’s journey into competitive sports began at a young age, sparking a deep curiosity about the human body’s potential. This drive led him to earn a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science with First Class Honours, along with NASM certifications in Personal Training, Nutritional Coaching, and Corrective Exercise Specialisation.

With an evidence-based approach, Alex guides his clients toward success, firmly believing in staying current with the latest research to inform his practice and ongoing professional development. This commitment allows him to design and implement coaching programs that are as unique as his clients, always aligned with the latest trends and findings.

His expertise lies in Strength and Conditioning, utilising the practical application of exercise physiology and biomechanics to enhance performance both in and out of the gym, all tailored to his clients' specific goals.

Whether it’s scaling a cliff or tackling a challenging trail, Alex is a true outdoor enthusiast. When he’s not in the gym, you might call him an adrenaline junkie, getting his fix through mountain biking, coasteering, canyoning, hiking, diving, and rock climbing.
