Ali’s life has always revolved around sports, starting with competitive skiing, transitioning to rugby, and continuing as an equestrian throughout her early years. It was through hiring a personal trainer that she truly began to see success in her athletic pursuits, gaining not only strength and conditioning but also the confidence and mindset that underpin her healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Ali aims to replicate this transformative experience for her clients. Her goal is to empower them to feel confident and happy by teaching the fundamentals of a healthy lifestyle.

With her ongoing involvement in health and fitness and her background in psychology, Ali understands the intricate relationship between mindset and goal outcomes. She helps her clients achieve their goals while adhering to these principles.
