Thomas, better known as TT, kicked off his coaching career in 2016 while at university. A lifelong rugby player, Thomas quickly learned that individual fitness plays a crucial role in sports performance.

Since graduating, he has applied his knowledge to train a diverse range of clients, from the general population to athletes, including the Hong Kong Women’s Cricket Team, the Hong Kong Lawn Bowl Team, and the Hong Kong Golf Association. Specialising in intimate group training sessions, TT focuses on movement quality, ensuring that each client performs at their best while benefiting from a supportive team environment.

For TT, the ultimate aim as a coach is to help people build their fitness capacity while enjoying the process - sure, he does like to flog his clients and colleagues from time to time.  But he understands that fitness is not just a task but a rewarding process, and he thrives on creating a motivating atmosphere in each session.

Even on his days off, you won't find TT far from the gym. Whether he’s honing his Olympic lifting skills, running a cheeky 5K, or participating in team conditioning sessions, it's become a light-hearted joke that he practically lives at the gym - he's there more than the security!
